Marc Cox gives his thoughts on President Donald Trump's new Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh.

“I think the President’s pick for the Supreme going to be a really good example of what’s gone wrong in this country, quite frankly,” Marc says. "He’s brilliant. He’s a family man. He volunteers at a homelss shelter, to feed the homeless – all of these things are going to be cast aside by the political opponents of President Trump in these's really a shame.”

Marc predicts that Kavanaugh will face a much tougher time getting confirmed than President Obama's picks Elena Kagen and Sonia Sotomayor.

"I think Republicans realized at the time, these are Barack Obama’s picks, ideaologically they aren’t going to line up with what we belive in but...we’re here to advise and consent, and unless we find some major problem, we need to give our consent to the President’s pick. They don’t want to give Donald Trump that same respect, which I think is a shame.”

Marc believes Kavanaugh will be lucky to win his nomination by a single vote.

Senator Lindsey Graham said that the Democrats reaction to Kavanaugh's nomination is a denial by the folks on the left about the outcome of the last election. As Marc points out, there isn't a lot that the Democrats can do to stop Kavanaugh's nomination since no Republicans have voiced any concerns with the President's pick so far.
