WASHINGTON (KFTK) — Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton tweeted Monday that he estimates more than 900,000 undocumented immigrants voted in the most recent midterm elections.

In a recent episode of “Inside Judicial Watch,” Fitton discussed President Trump’s last State of the Union address, focusing on illegal immigration.

“Illegal aliens aren’t being subjected to the rule of law and as a result, they’re victimized,” Fitton said.

Fitton claimed new data from Texas and Pennsylvannia suggests at least 111,000 voters were registered illegally and a large portion of them may have gone to the polls.

“They vote in large enough numbers to influence elections,” Fitton said.

He then applied the statistics to the 2016 election.

“I’d estimate about 1.2 million aliens voted in the presidential election — 80 percent of which tend to vote Democrat,” he said.
