(KFTK) — A Pennsylvania woman has developed a pouch that drivers can attach to their driver’s side vent to store important documents within reach.

Jackie Carter made the pouch after the death of Philando Castile, who was shot and killed by a police officer as he was reaching for his driver’s license.

The clear pouch holds your license and registration and keeps the driver from reaching into a bag or glove box. Carter developed the “Not Reaching” pouch three years ago and has sold 1,000 units, according to NBC BLK.
