Legal Fellow at Heritage said it can be very difficult to prove voter fraud in court

Zack Smith said judges are very hesitant to overturn election results unless there is clear and widespread fraud.

Legal fellow at Heritage Zack Smith said the vote hasn’t been certified in Georgia and that is why we are doing a recount in the state. Smith said the recount is now happening by hand.

The election process is still unfolding. George is still counting two weeks after the election. Trump has set out lawsuits and may continue to allocate lawsuits until we get an outcome on what happened in this election.

“The Trump campaign is facing an uphill battle,” Smith said. He explained that judges are not too keen on overturning the results of an election unless there is undoubtedly evidence of fraud.
