Annie Throws Some Punches - Literally

I've been boxing now for about eight months. Through high school, I was a four-sport athlete. I love to compete. I love to take failure, work on improvement, and turn it into success.

After having three kids, it's hard for me to find the time to consistently carve out of my weeks and days to dedicate to fitness. It's even harder for me to find something that doesn't feel strictly like an obligatory commitment rather than something I can't wait to do again.

My trainer, Chris, is amazing at understanding the right amount of pressure to challenge me. He's also really skilled at what he does. In my quest to shed the baby weight and get in control, I took up boxing as a way to hopefully find that thing I love. And I really, really do.

My mind does not have the luxury to wander and the cardio burn can be felt for days. Now that I've shed an additional twenty-seven pounds with MySlim180.com, my workouts are even more challenging and enjoyable.
