What are film tax credits?

Patrick Tuohey from the Show-Me Institute and Annie discuss why films that are based in Missouri, such as, the Netflix series "Ozark" and the new HBO show "Sharp Objects" aren't actually filmed in Missouri.

Well, this is because of something called the film tax credit, which expired in Missouri in 2013.
