Acting ICE Director Mark Morgan joined the show this morning to discuss challenges the organization is facing.

“Over 90% of the families that came in 2017 still remain here. This year alone ICE has released into the interior United States over two-hundred thousand families. So if we do not enforce the rule of law with those individuals who have had due process and have received a final order of removal, what is the message we are sending? We’re sending the message you grab a kid [and] that is a US passport, you’re going to be allowed into the United States and then you will never be touched. There will be no consequences. That virtually means the border is wide open and there are no consequences if you’re a family coming to the United States -- that just goes against the rule of law," says Director Morgan.
