Medicinal Marijuana will affect your 2nd Amendment right

As states begin legalizing marijuana, medicinal or recreational, there is a natural conflict with the fact that it’s still illegal federally.

When it comes to licensing arms dealers, in accordance with federal law, firearms cannot be sold to anyone who participates in marijuana use – even medicinally.

Furthermore, if you’re using medicinal marijuana, you cannot legally be certified to conceal carry.

Why not just check the box “no” when asked about marijuana use?

“Ignorance of the law isn’t a valid excuse,” says Henderson.
