Uber driver suspended for live streaming passangers

An Uber driver from the St. Louis area has been suspended for streaming passengers against their knowledge. The driver is Jason Gargac, of Florissant, Missouri who was reportedly streaming the rides to a live video site called Twitch. Although the 32-year-old may be in hot water ethically, legally there may be no repercussion for the creepy practice. With MO being a one-party state it's unclear if any laws were actually broken when Gargac filmed hundreds of passengers in the area without their permission. READ MORE HERE
