Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer said there are many underlying problems that have happened because of COVID-19.

He said he supports the reopening, with proper mitigation, to help resolve some of these issues that have accumulated since the state has shut down.

“Many studies show that we can open up safely,” he said. “The people who are going to catch it or are seriously ill need to stay home, but everyone else can go back with caution.”
