(KFTK) –  Chief economist at Heritage Stephen Moore said he thinks COVID-19 will be resolved by late spring and once it is over, people will get back into investing in the market.

“This has added a whole new dimension,” he said on the “black swan” event known as COVID-19.

It has paralyzed the world economy and has put people into a panic.

Moore said he needs to go on National TV tonight to ease people and calm them down.

“I think given that we are in a full stage panic and we should take a payroll tax suspension,” he said.

Moore said thank God we have such a strong economy going into something like this. “There will be layoffs but at least we have a cushion,” he said.
