New York gun law at Supreme Court

There haven’t been any “big” gun cases in front of the Supreme Court in a long time.  Moore says the new case comes from a New York law that limited gun owners’ rights by not allowing transport of weapons within the state. The portion of the law that came under legal fire was declared “moot” and the law was changed, but the court still heard arguments this morning.


“Hopefully the court will attack it head on,” says Moore. 


Moore thinks the new conservative majority may have factored into the high court taking the case.
