“The president is sick and tired of seeing this behavior across the country,” Gidley said. “When it turns into looting and rioting and violence that is unacceptable.”

Gidley said the president was clear from the Rose Garden that the governors need to step up and help the people in their states because that is what the government is there to do.

“Moving forward we want peace and safety and security,” he said.

Don Lemon has said we are teetering on dictatorship when it comes to Trump making the decision to send in the National Guard.
