Religious attacks on ACB ramp up ahead of the VP debate

Yoest explains the fallacy in the idea that Barrett being nominated to the court would overturn Roe v. Wade.

“Amy Coney Barrett is not going to come on the court and be like ‘oh yeah here I am I’m overturning Roe today’, that’s not the way it works.”

Despite what some on the left believe, Supreme Court decisions should be based on the Constitutionality of a case.

Yet, here’s the mainstream media implying that Barrett’s religious proclivities could affect her ability to serve on the court.
