Dr. Mark Miles joins Marc to explain why the Rockwood School District has decided to start the school year with a hybrid option of in-class two days per week and online three.

Dr. Miles says they believe that there will be cases when they return to school this fall and they must be certain the health department can properly diagnose, trace and track these cases to cut back on shutdown time.

He admits there have been additional concerns after St. Louis County Executive Sam Page announced additional restrictions, but says he is not prepared to abandon the current plan at this time.
