Governor Abbott in Col. West’s state of Texas has streamlined the mail-in ballot issue by limiting the drop-off locations.

"This is why the Texas Supreme Court ruled against Chris Hollins there in Harris County because of him trying to send out 2.4, 2.7 million ballot applications, which is against Texas election law, so they ruled against him on that,” says West.

"If there was going to be a place to attempt voter fraud, the largest county in the state of Texas is Harris County, the fourth largest city in America is Houston."
