One House lawmaker could hold up $2 trillion bill to give US citizens relief

Angry lawmakers are rushing back to Washington after Rep. Thomas Massie may require an in-person vote on a historic $2 trillion bill.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) has indicated a "no" vote on the stimulus bill passed by the Senate. Without a unanimous vote, a significant number of legislators would have to be physically present in Congress to cast a vote, further delaying the relief.
