CWE couple say they were in ‘fear for their lives’

Mark and Patricia McCloskey are defending themselves after photos and videos began circulating of the couple holding weapons outside their home in the Central West End during a protest demanding the resignation of Mayor Lyda Krewson.

In a statement from their attorney Al Watkins, the couple maintains their actions were ‘borne solely of fear and apprehension, the genesis of which was not race-related.’
