(KFTK) –  Returning guest, Professor Wilfred Reilly joins Randy for a discussion on the unrest following the death of George Floyd.

"Most people would view that as a murder, or close," says the Kentucky State University political science professor.

Reilly says the unrest followed a while after the death of Floyd.

"By the time the rioting started, the officers involved, all four of them by the way, not just Chauvin had been fired and told they were going to face charges. And I think the police department in 'Minnie' did that  with the assumption, with the understanding really with community leaders that would probaly tamp down any violence.  Despite that, we saw not just in Minneapolis, but nationally, extremely violent riots."
